A form linked to command posts
The form collects a name, identity document, age, capital and last known location, together with the reporting person’s contact details. Asocapitales says the information is sent to unified command posts.
Families should limit what they disclose publicly and continue using official rescue channels. The platform can circulate a report, but it does not prove a person’s location or condition.
Search, maps and indicators
The site offers searches by name or code, a city map and indicators. It also displays a partial, non-official extract from Colombia Te Busca, along with a map of needs and collection centres.
A missing name in the interface does not establish that no report exists; updates can depend on how information is submitted and consolidated.
A support tool, not a final registry
The service is best understood as support for coordination among families, cities and command posts. It does not replace judicial authorities, search teams or official lists that may be published separately.
Privacy and verification
Sensitive personal information requires care. Confirmation that someone has been found, rescued or died should come from authorities or directly verifiable sources without unnecessarily exposing private contact details.
Further monitoring should establish how frequently records are updated, how reports are corrected and how the data aligns with official city tolls.
