At 9:40:52 a.m., EMCALI said it had recovered all its electricity circuits. The same message shows, however, that local repairs continue on transformers affected by the earthquake.

All circuits reported recovered

The announcement concerns the status of EMCALI’s network circuits. It is the company’s operational update at that time and does not detail each individual connection.

Twelve of twenty-two transformers replaced

EMCALI lists 22 transformers affected by the earthquake and says 12 had been replaced. Ten remained at another stage of attention, with no further detail in the post.

Crews remain in the field

The operator lists 14 operational groups and 10 bucket trucks deployed. Their presence accompanies local repairs that are still needed.

Network recovery does not mean work is finished

Circuit recovery and replacement of every transformer are different indicators. The post gives neither a count of subscribers still affected nor a time for all interventions to end.
