Patients and companions

The victims were three patients, including a 17-year-old, and two companions. Three people had been rescued alive on the first day.

Authorities say body-recovery work in the sector is complete. Debris removal and structural intervention come next.

Reduced hospital capacity

HUV lost 407 beds. The proposed plan aims to recover 300 and assess 100 beds in an inactive clinic; that capacity is not yet available.
