BBVA has announced a €2 million donation to support the humanitarian response through three partner organisations.
Three channels of support
The funds are announced for UNHCR, UNICEF and Empresas Unidas por Colombia, an initiative coordinated by Andi.
Earlier material aid
The bank says it had already delivered 3,500 food and hygiene kits.
Banking services
Twenty-five of its 42 branches in affected areas are operating, while the institution says digital services are functioning normally. Donation campaigns are open in Colombia and Spain.
