Cali has released a detailed municipal report as of 5 p.m. on August 17. The city lists 132 deaths, 1,485 injured, 88 rescued and 56 active missing-person reports.

An administrative reduction in reports

The missing-person register fell from 94 to 56 after cross-checking with Legal Medicine, Migration and humanitarian organisations. The city does not describe the reduction as 38 rescues. One hundred and twenty-four bodies had been released to families.

Eight hundred and thirty-five buildings verified

Of 4,373 citizen reports processed, 835 buildings were verified. The city confirms 24 total collapses among 46 initially reported, 126 partial collapses and 182 cases of non-structural damage.

Debris and deployed personnel

The report lists 25,032 tonnes of debris removed, 8,329 RUFE assessments, 1,913 active personnel and 141 animals rescued.

An earlier aid report

A separate logistics report as of 11 p.m. August 15 lists 204.24 tonnes distributed: 156.3 in Cali and 48 across 19 other municipalities, through 280 dispatches. It mentions 1,970 rations and about 3,000 volunteers.
